We are currently looking for an exceptional candidate to undertake the incredibly responsible role of Operations Manager, within this stunning, reputable Hotel.
An excellent communicator, you will be highly organised, able to effectively support and contribute towards the smooth running of each department, upholding superb service, and health and safety standards.
This is a varied and challenging role, requiring a highly adaptable and flexible individual who has outstanding customer service skills, and the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
Your role will entail keeping completely up to date with daily activity, including guests and functions, ensuring the smooth and enjoyable stay of all guests at all times.
You will be a professional, industrious individual with Hotel experience in a supervisory capacity, with strong knowledge on both F&B and Rooms.
Salary up to £20k
