One large shared kitchen/communal area fully equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. one bathroom upstairs, one toilet downstairs and a large front and rear garden. Driveway can park 3 cars, plus an extra 1 or 2 spaces in front of the house.

Applicants must be clean and tidy, non-smokers and eligible to work and live in the UK – proof required. No cooking allowed in individual rooms, only in the kitchen area. Each room is for one person only (unless discussed with the landlord prior to moving in).

The house is situated on a quiet road with respectable neighbours therefore applicants must keep the noise down after 9:00pm.

Deposit of £200 required. Minimum term of contract is 6 months. Deposit will be given back at the end of the contract (if everything is to standard). Rent needs to be paid 4 weeks in advance.

The house is located near the number 11 outer circle bus route and the number 67 bus route to city centre. Only a few minutes walk to each bus stop.
