We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced, high calibre chef to join our successful team.
Running a busy kitchen and managing a second chef, food prep and porters, the successful candidate with evidence of a stable track record, will be totally passionate about food and will be driven to create a reputation for culinary excellence!
You will be organised,dynamic and focused-responding well to pressure.You will have management experience and will know how to bring the best out of people and aim to mentor/develop the skill set of colleagues.

Key responsibilities will include menu planning/costing, food preparation and consistent observation/adherence to Health & Safety regulationsThis is an excellent opportunity to join an already successful venture, going from strenght to strenght!
