This company are currently seeking to expand the Sales Office team and so are looking for strong customer service administrators who ideally have experience from a sales office environment. The key responsibility will include servicing a number of group companies to ensure targets are met or exceeded. To administer all orders efficiently and accurately and record and maintain customer records.
Skills:
Although there will be no direct sales involved, the call volumes of incoming orders will be fairly high so you must have proven customer service experience and therefore a clear and confident telephone manner is essential. Other ideal experience would include:
- Customer service
- Sales administration
- Accurate data entry
- Communication skills - communicating with other departments as well as customers
- Logistics
- Ability to learn varied and vast product / stock
