Experience in a similar role is essential. Applicants must have a CPP or equivalent qualification along with having excellent communication, customer service, organisational and PC skills. You must also be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative. The main purpose of the role is to provide administration support to a busy Human Resources team. Duties will include ensuring all paper files are up to date with correct employment information, checking references and creating standard letters, filing, photocopying and maintaining holiday and sickness data. You will also monitor probation periods and eligibility to work rights for new entrants.
