Sous Chef Top End Hotel Fresh Food Busy Hotel
We are looking for several Sous Chefs at the moment for different clients around the country. All our required for hotels that operate at top levels and you will be expected to come from a fresh food and quality background.
These are all full time positions and you will be expected to attend at least 2 interviews, one to be a cook off. You will already have Been a sous chef and perhaps you will have worked in a 1 or 2 Rosette Kitchen. You must have experience of working with a restaurant of at least 60 covers and you must be able to work well in a team and support your head chef. Ideas on menu development would be ideal and you should have a good grasp of the Financials.
You must have relevant experience for this role.
Salary
The starting salary for these roles vary but all are competitive and some can also include live in.
