Junior/Family Coordinator / Activities Manager

Tinies Childcare is looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and motivated person to work in a dynamic and stimulating environment at Next Generation Club in Leicester.

Successful candidates will need a proven track record in childcare and hold a NNEB, BTEC Nursery Nurse, Playwork Level 3 or equivalent OR have experience and qualifications in a fitness/activity background.

You will organise activity clubs, kid’s classes, courses and holiday programmes as well as work in a well equipped crèche facility from time to time.

You must have experience in a similar role and be able to manage and motivate a team of playworkers.

Full and Part time staff will be willing to work a flexible shift pattern including weekends.

Hours of work: 20-35 per week (more in children’s holidays)
Salary: From £9 to £11 per hour depending on qualifications and experience
