I have a small self contained unit to let. It has electricity and a small kitchen area and toilet.

Probably best used for storage or possibly as an office, if you just want somewhere self contained but don't need to receive visitors. There are phone sockets in the unit.

I have recently rented it to a guy who used it to store dentist chairs. But he has now moved to bigger premises.

The unit is secure behind padlocked gates and is dirctly behind a hairdressers shop. Access is from the rear of the building along a driveway.

Rent is £40 per week and I am happy to rent on a month by month basis.
