Groom/Au pair or Couple required to help with home, farm, horses, animals and pets in beautiful rural Worcestershire.

We are located just outside the small town of Cleobury Mortimer [approx.1 hour from Birmingham] and require a hardworking, honest, reliable and responsible person/persons to help out with our daily lives and also house sit when we are absent.

Duties include general care of our four much loved horses including field maintenance. You will need to be able to handle big horses from the ground as they are all ex-competition horses. Care and feeding of pets and farm stock [mainly cattle], gardening, maintenance, decoration, building etc. Hours would be approx. 35 per week although we would require your full time commitment when we are away.

Comfortable, furnished, self contained flat available, with kitchen/dinner, shower room, double bedroom/sitting room and garden. Use of car if you have a full, clean license, are 25 or over and have experience driving in the UK.

We are offering £100.00 per week plus a £40.00 food allowance, including accommodation and council tax.

Possibility of weekly, extra paid work, maintaining elderly relatives large garden and property although this would involve some travelling.

There could also be some part time work for a second person. i.e. cleaning, gardening. Additional work could be found locally.

It is important that you are able to commit for a minimum of 12 months, have reasonable skills in English, a genuine love of animals, have good checkable references from former employers and submit relevant CV’s.
