Lucky Voice is the most sophisticated private karaoke company in the world. Founded by lastminute.com’s Martha Lane Fox and Nick Thistleton, our bars have allowed everyone from Sir Paul McCartney to the Arctic Monkeys to sing their hearts out in the luxury of their own private rooms in London and across the UK.
Now we’re on a mission to get singing together back into everyday life with our new designer in-home karaoke system, the Lucky Voice Party Box. It’s a sleek kit that turns your computer into the ultimate karaoke machine, complete with neon pink mic. The initial batch sold out in record time, with fans including Kanye West.
This Christmas the Lucky Voice Party Box is set to be the must-have party accessory. In October and November we are setting up Lucky Voice concessions in all four Selfridges stores nationwide, putting the Party Box in front of over 30m customers over the festive period.
We need enthusiastic, outgoing and well organised sales managers to run these concessions. The area will be demanding and require skilled management, with customers able to test the product and sing to the store. There is a huge opportunity to sell a large number of units, and we need manager who can motivate a sales team to exploit this opportunity to the full.
Your responsibilities

To manage and motivate a successful sales team to hit their sales targets for Party Boxes.
To ensure the concession and all performances run smoothly.
Report on all sales to head office on a daily basis.
Be first point of contact with Selfridges store staff.
To stand up and sing in front of the Selfridges customers as necessary to promote sales!

You must have
Proven track record of hitting sales targets in demanding retail environments.
Strong experience of managing and leading a sales team.
Meticulous organisational and reporting skills.
A friendly and positive approach with customers whilst always closing the sale.
A love of performing, a good voice and a willingness to do anything to get sales moving.
