Role

Front line ambassador to provide a ‘one-stop-shop’ for customers both external and internal
Responsible for front line communication to customers and suppliers and producing elegant solutions to queries within the policies of the company
Responsibilities include answering queries and requests for information in a professional manner to the satisfaction of both the customer and the company. Ensuring company policy is understood and enforced and that solutions to problems are timely and create a complete fix.
The role also involves improving the internal communications and systems of the company
