Your Profile



As a legal recruitment consultant, you will ideally have legal recruitment
experience with a degree in a Legal discipline and/ or a background in a legal
profession. Alternatively as a recruitment consultant you will have
professional recruitment experience and you will be keen to transfer this
knowledge into the world of legal recruitment sales. You are attracted to
sales recruitment due to the high financial rewards for success and the fast
paced nature of the role. You also have a personal interest in the legal
sector and therefore, you are attracted to this specialist area of
recruitment. You are tenacious, driven, bright, personable and target
orientated. An appreciation for a quality driven service is crucial in this
boutique-like legal sales recruitment consultancy.



The Role



After undertaking extensive training from experts in legal recruitment you
will then carry out the full 360 degree role of a recruitment consultant. You
will build long lasting relationships with clients and develop a fantastic
understanding of their recruitment needs. You will then set out finding the
right candidates for your clients, selling both parties to one another and
managing the whole recruitment process. You will be assigned a legal sector to
specialise into dependent upon your skill set. This could include all
disciplines within, In-House, Private Practice and Public Sector. You will
also attend many networking events organised by the company.
