We have great opportunities for experienced and qualified Food Production Managers, Chef Managers, Camp Bosses and Chef de Partie’s for our Angolan contracts. Ideal candidates will have an industrial catering background with remote site environment, excellent cooking and training skills, with a passion for producing high quality international dishes to our client’s expectations. A proven track record of developing menus within a tight budget and managing and training a local workforce is a must.
