We are a couple looking for a 2 bed furnished or part furnished house / flat in Birmingham (Edgbaston, Harborne, Bearwood or Quinton would be ideal but we will consider other areas as long as it is walking distance from a bus stop or train station).
We are both professionals working in Birmingham city centre and we can offer excellent references. As we are expecting our first baby, we need to move from our beautiful 1 bedroom apartment and find something bigger.

Maximum rent will be £475 a month without bills or higher if bills are included
