Senior Recruitment Consultant
As part of Recruitment, the FTSE 250 Company, Hays Education is entering an exciting phase and looking for experienced recruiters to join our team in Birmingham.
As the core of our business is working in partnership with the public sector (education) we have been given the green light to grow the company aggressively expanding our teams in existing and new locations. To support this growth we are looking for successful recruiters to drive our business forward.
We are launching a brand new Further Education division in and plan to develop a successful business across the UK with colleges and Training providers.
Using our unique Education sales message we plan to set up regional hubs, build strong teams and grow a division to equal the success of the rest of the Education team.
We want to appoint people at senior consultant/ business manager level who are looking for a real challenge and the opportunity to grow a division from scratch. Initially focused on business development you will get a kick out of winning new business and delivering our sales messages and shaping the service we offer. We want high calibre Business winners with a strong perm background and great contract negotiation skills. Whilst there will initially be no man management there will be opportunities to build teams as the division grows Benefits include
