Administrator Customer Service Advisor
We are a IT provider seeking experienced customer service staff. Duties will include providing a single point of contact for customers’ enquiries and taking ownership for calls from initial contact through to resolution, following scripted procedures to ensure that all calls are answered in an accurate and consistent manner and offering advice and guidance to customers, where appropriate. Applicants should possess excellent customer service skills and be IT literate.
