For all new clients, we offer a free 30min health and fitness consultation, which gives us a chance to:

1. Get to know each other
2. Find out your health and fitness goals
3. Conduct a health assessment (incl. Blood pressure, Heart rate, Body fat, weight, BMI, Flexibility and more)
4. Assess your past and current health behaviours
5. Get to know your sport and fitness interests and experiences
6. Explain to you the role of the Ashplant Fitness personal trainer
