SKI PRODUCT RESERVATIONS CONSULTANT / TRAVEL CONSULTANT

My client is reputable specialist tour operator who are currently looking for
personable sales consultants with a passion for ski! So if you have dealt with ski reservations before; or have recently worked a ski season overseas; or have a real passion for ski and have been tm many different ski resorts, then this is an excellent chance for you to use your knowledge as a tour operations ski travel consultant

DUTIES OF SKI TRAVEL RESERVATIONS CONSULTANT / TRAVEL CONSULTANT

This tour operator specialises in selling ancillary products and transfer services so the following duties are applicable:

* Taking calls and e-mails from direct clients and travel agents
* Quoting on ancillaries ski products
* Dealing with a wide range of European and World-Wide ski resorts
* Converting enquiries to bookings
* Offering excellent customer service
* Dealing with any post booking queries and amendments
* Work a shift system between 0900-2000 Mon-Fri and 0900-1500 Sat, 1000-1600 Sunday

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

You must have an excellent understanding of the ski industry and ski resort, so the ideal candidate will already work in ski reservations. Those candidates who have worked overseas in ski resorts, or who have taken numerous ski holidays and have a solid understanding of world-wide ski resorts, will also be considered.
