Our firm is a Small Start up Company with a couple of Contracts within the Agricultural Sector. We are GLA licensed & now looking for someone to bring new and specialist skills expertise within our firm, Applicants must have deep understanding of the business market.

*Recruiting Staff
*Be able to lead & motivate staff
*Canvassing new clients
*Setting weekly targets
*You will be given existing clients to work with and as well as leads for new business
*It may also involve travel to other cities around the UK to meet clients and promote our business nationally
* network of contracts within the construction industry and introduce potential partners and customers to the business.

PAST EXPERIENCE IN FARMING or CONSTRUCTION IS NECESSARY

The ideal candidate will be energetic, enthusiastic, organised and money-motivated. This position is available immediately and is the perfect opportunity to get into the recruitment sector.

Candidates with a proven sales or recruitment back ground would be preferred, but if you have natural sales ability you'll always be considered. Full training will be offered, and you'll be placed on a 3 month probation period.
