Exciting opportunity for highly motivated and friendly PA to join this large organisation as part of the executive team. The successful candidate will need to have demonstrable experience of complex diary management and minute taking. The role will involve dealing with matters of confidentiality and so will require a great deal of sensitivity and discretion.
SKILLS
- excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite to include power point
- complex diary management
- travel organisation and preparation of itineraries
- some minute taking
- HR administration
