Location: Birmingham
Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 Per Annum

Seeking an HR Analyst to help support the management of divisional HR projects from conception through to implementation.

Responsibilities:

* Analysing and interpreting survey results and producing result reports and presentation material.
* Collating and assessing action plans accordingly.
* Planning and consolidating all activity for Investors in People.
* Provide general HR support as required including areas such as diversity and inclusion, corporate responsibility and health and safety.
* Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage own work load and prioritise accordingly.
* Must have fast and accurate keyboard skills and be a team player.
* Knowledge of HR issues gained through either experience in a previous role or professional studies required.
* Must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, plus an email package such as Lotus Notes.
* Occasional travel to other locations within the UK and to the Head Office in Holland.

Hours are from 8.30am - 17.00pm.
