I am a 30 year old female teacher who is a friendly, happy and sociable. I enjoy comfy nights in as well as going out for meals, pubs and comedy clubs. I am looking for a housemate to share my beautiful 2 bedroom apartment situated on the new Bellway housing state-Brandwood Crescent in Kings Norton. It includes a balcony,trendy interior and lights in the laminated floors as well as a modern bathroom and spacious kitchen, lounge dining room. It has an excellent location for both Solihull and Birmingham City centre (only 20 mins drive) with bus and train links nearby. A range of other useful shops and take-away restaurants are a few minutes walk. The housemate would have a large fully furnished double bedroom and the rent would be £375 per month with all bills included (electric, gas, water, council tax etc). My apartment is fully fitted with washing machine and dishwasher and as it is a serviced apartment- the outside is cleaned regularly and the gardens and windows are looked after. There is parking outside the front and sometimes parking available in the car park.
