Bought it recently and added the bits you see above. However, it's just a bit too big for me hence sale. Pity as it's in great condition and works perfectly.

£150 (ok, make me a sensible offer) may seem high but it's in good condition and with the new wheel/tyres it should not need anything else for a few years.

If it was a 19" I'd be keeping it (willing to swap if you have one) but I know from bitter experience that there is no point keping a bike that's too big.
