The Clarendon Suites is one of the largest Conference and Banqueting Centres in the Midlands and we have just completed a major refurbishment of all of our extensive facilities.

We cater for exhibitions, conferences, banquets, weddings, dinner dances, meetings, auctions, seminars, examinations, concerts and fashion shows.

The Clarendon Suites is situated within a few minutes journey of the City Centre of Birmingham.

The role:

We are currently looking for a Bar Cellarman.

The role involes working on the bar, placing orders, recieving deliveries, stocking all bars daily, Manual Handling (moving beer barrels, stock and gas). The role also involves overseing the ledger using a manual system. Beer line cleaning and cleaning of cellars.

Applicants must have previous experience within Bars as an experienced Bartender or Cellarman from a hospitality environment.

A hard working, positive, can do attitude is a must.

Hours include evenings, weekends, and early mornings so flexibilty is a must!
