Our successful and rapidly expanding brokerage is looking to recruit a professional individual with exceptional personal lines insurance experience in the Buckinghamshire area.

As a Personal Lines Broker you will be required to handle new business quotations, mid-term adjustments and renewals. There will be regular contact with insurers and customers, as well as the maintenance of computerised and manual files.

Business handled will encompass private motor and household buildings and contents, together with travel insurance, caravan, motorcycle, personal accident, commercial vehicle.

You will have previous customer service experience ideally with at least 1 year's personal lines broking experience. Good telephone skills, preferably within a call centre environment, good communication skills both verbal and written together with being PC literate
