We offer two services. Firstly, we offer a TENANT FINDING service where you pay NOTHING up front with NO VAT added, and we do the following:

*Advertise your property on our website, on Rightmove the number one website for property lettings, and many other sites
*Search for tenants
*Credit check tenants
*Draft up tenancy agreements
*Obtain advanced rents and bonds, and advise on protecting (or we do this if full management)
*Offer advice whenever needed

We do all this for the equivalent of what would be two weeks rent, which we deduct from monies that we collect, still meaning you pay nothing from your own money. And if in the meantime you happen to find yourself some tenants, you owe us nothing, all we ask that you keep us informed, no contracts making you pay us anything unless we complete all of the above.
