Hays Social Care is entering an exciting phase and looking for self motivated individuals to join our office in Birmingham. We have been given the green light to grow the company aggressively, expanding our teams in existing and new locations. To support this growth we are looking for a Business Support Co-ordinator to join the team.
This wide-ranging position requires skills in sales support, HR, customer service and general administration. Specific duties consist of producing KPI's, various MI tasks, project work and supporting Directors.
Successful candidates will be able to complete all the tasks above to a high standard as well as having excellent communication skills. The ability to work well under pressure in a target driven environment is essential.
