I am looking for a web designer to assist me with some projects that I have in the pipeline.

The successful applicant will have experience in HTML, PHP, Pearl, SQL and Flash.

Now here is the twist with this position, rather than be an employee of the company you will be a shareholder within the company, as we are still a small company we are looking for someone who can build websites in their own time and around their own schedule and would hold some shares within the company, so as the company grows so will your income.
