M&E HVAC Technical Asset Surveyor
Site based in Birmingham
Temp contract for 6 weeks
Rate of pay £15.00 per hour

We are looking for 2 Asset Surveyors to carry out dilapidations reports and M&E conditional surveys on a NHS building in Birmingham. M&E services will include heating, cooling, ventilation, lifts, drainage, electrical, plumbing and gas installations, etc.

Duties will include administration of contracts including mechanical and electrical installations, service contract and other statutory maintenance obligations. You will be responsible for undertaking checks to make sure equipment is operational, how old the equipment is, identifying the equipment and inputting the information onto a computer database.

Suitable candidates must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of M&E HVAC systems, technical drawings, the ability to diagnose building defects, the ability to communicate effectively both written and orally, ability to analyse, monitor, advise and report on a property maintenance portfolio. Must be computer literate to a high standard.
