This meditation day course will teach how we can learn to respond to difficulties with a positive and peaceful mind. It will teach how we can transform our day to day living - including even the most demanding and difficult conditions - into opportunities for personal and spiritual development.
The course will be taught by Buddhist Nun Kelsang Leksang.
This day course will also include guided meditations and a chance to relax and discuss. The course includes a vegetarian lunch and refreshments.
Everyone is welcome to attend. The course is suitable for beginners.

10.30-11.45 - Teaching
11.45-12.15 - tea break
12.15-1pm - Guided Meditation
1pm-2.30pm - Lunch
2.30pm-4pm - Teaching and meditation
The course is being held at the Quaker Friends Meeting House, 8b Summerfield Road, Wolverhampton. WV1 4PR. The Meeting House is situated near West Park, just by Chapel Ash.
